Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, we do not offer in store shopping. Consignment Appointments and Local Pick Ups take place in our studio space, but all inventory is exclusively online. If you would like to try on maternity items before purchasing, please send us an email and we can arrange a time in our studio space. We will also be hosting pop up shops from time to time.

• Balances of over $50 will automatically be sent via etransfer to the email address provided on our contract. Please advise us if your contact information changes.
• You may request a payment by cheque at anytime by emailing us at hello@jillandjoey.ca

• Maternity Clothing, children’s clothing sizes newborn to 10, and children’s shoes sizes 1-5Y. Items should be cleaned and in great condition.
• We accept Fall/Winter items from July-February, and we accept Spring/Summer items from March-July. Transitional items are welcome year round. 
• We accept any small shop pieces year round, and brands including but not limited to:
  Little and Lively, Jax & Lennon, Tiny Button Apparel, Nest and Nurture, Haven Kids, The Simple Folk, Miles the Label, Parade Organics, Rylee + Cru, Quincy Mae, Jamie Kay, Bambi & Birdie, Greige, Hanna Andersson, Herschel, Belan.J, Brunette the Label, Buho, Knix, Konges Sløjd, Kyte Baby, Wheat, Loulou Lollipop, Posh & Cozy, Smash & Tess, VonBon, Whistle & Flute, Wooly Doodle, Mini Mioche, Columbia, Patagonia, The North Face, Dr. Martens, Native, Minimoc/ Heyfolks, Mini Melissa, Salt Water, Adelisa & Co, Blundstone, Hunter, Padraig Cottage, Vessi

• Items will be appraised, entered into your account, and prepared for sale.
• Items will remain for sale on jillandjoey.ca for 60 days, or until the end of the season for which the item is worn.
• Any unsold items after at least 60 days will be returned to you, or donated, whichever you advised at your appointment.

• New Items are always welcome
• Items not selected will be returned immediately

• By appointment. You can book an appointment here . All items will be assessed during visit.

Orders can be picked up at our studio space at 301-92 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver. We are located close to the Seabus and bus, and free street parking is available in the area. 

Orders can be picked up on Saturdays between 2:30 and 6:30 PM. You will receive an email ahead of time confirming that your order is ready! If you order prior to 10:00 AM on a Saturday, your order will be available that day.
